Eleanor Dorfman is a senior revenue leader and operator in the enterprise software and AI ecosystem. She currently leads sales for Industries, Commercial, and Private Equity at Anthropic, where she focuses on bringing AI safely and effectively into large organizations through verticalized go-to-market strategy and customer-led growth.
Previously, Eleanor held leadership roles at Retool, Segment, Clever, and other high-growth SaaS companies, spanning sales, customer success, and operations. Across her career, she has built and scaled GTM teams, launched new enterprise motions, and partnered closely with product and engineering to turn complex technology into real business value.
Eleanor is passionate about AI adoption, revenue strategy, and building durable, human-centered companies. She is also an angel investor and advisor to early-stage startups.
